Mr. Oluwaseun Oseni is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Glenstar Marine Limited. He is passionate about revolutionizing the West African maritime industry by implementing international standards in marine operations.
He has broad experience in Maritime operations spanning Marine logistics, Ship-to-Ship coordination, vessel and crew management, ship broking, health, safety, maritime consultancy and maritime business development.
He acquired extensive knowledge in the maritime industry ranging from operational know how of various vessels and operational terrains in Nigeria (Escravos, Bonny, Lagos Offshore) and throughout the Gulf of Guinea.
Prior to taking on Appointment as Managing Director at Glenstar Marine Limited, he worked as Head of Operations and Business development Manager at Zircon Marine Limited, CPP Limited UK as a Client and Business Development Executive.
Mr Oluwaseun Oseni holds a Master’s degree in Management and Public Administration from the University of York, United Kingdom and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Social Administration from the University of Lagos, Nigeria.
Mrs Abolanle Oseni is a Non-Executive Director and Secretary to Glenstar Marine Limited’s Board of Directors. She is a highly qualified lawyer with a Bachelor of Law (LLB) degree from Babcock University and a graduate of the Nigerian Law School. She is the head of Compliance and Legal at Glenstar Marine and delivers cutting edge legal advice and legal options available to the organisation.
She has 6 years in depth experience in legal matters having worked first at Doyin Rhodes –Vivour &Co., Guaranty Trust Bank and then at Rickey Tarfa and Co. as a Legal Consultant and Advisor.
Dr. Mrs. Adesua Abimbola Atanda is a Non-Executive Director of Glenstar Marine Limited. An expert in HR Management and Competency Development, she has more than 33 years of experience, 17 of which was in the Oil and Gas industry. She holds a Ph.D. in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from the University of Lagos.
Dr Mrs. Adesua Abimbola Atanda’s career started with the Bagudu Group of Companies in 1982, Financial Assurance Plc 1985-1886. Graduate Assistant in the Department of Industrial Relations & Personnel Management (University of Lagos), between 1987–1990, Eco-Consult Nigeria Limited between 1991-1996. In 2002, she became the first female Personnel Manager of the company.
Dr. Mrs. Adesua Abimbola Atanda is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) and has served as the Chairperson for the Institute’s Learning and Development Committee over the last 5 years.
In August 2013, she became the COO Chief Operating Officer of SYOJ Consulting & Management Services Limited.
Mr Abiola Akinrimisi is a Non-Executive Director of Glenstar Marine Limited.
Mr Abiola Akinrimisi holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Risk and Security Management from the University of Southampton, United Kingdom and a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from the University of Lagos, Nigeria.
He has significant experience in Finance having worked as a Financial Planning and a Certified Risk manager with Santander Bank UK and was involved with several successful capital raise, restructuring and advisory deals for International Oil and Gas Companies.
His years of experience and knowledge span across various industries including the Oil and Gas, Consultancy, Banking, Finance and the Insurance industry.
